Scott Jones founded Footprint TV in 2007 and their most significant win in 2008 was to work with Tesco.com to communicate via documentary based messages, how the supermarket giant is sourcing more locally produced products for their stores in each region. Footprint have also worked with Good Energy, the Wiltshire-based 100% renewable energy company who commissioned them to produce a series of five minute films for Green TV. The films received more than 400,000 hits in the first two months and can now be watched on over 20 green and ethical websites. Subsequently they were invited to write a piece for Broadcast magazine on green TV and Film production which in turn led to an invitation to contribute to and review the WWF’s Code on Sustainable Film Making published in February 2009. They are now in discussions with major TV companies about a TV drama based on the death of Rolling Stones founder, Brian Jones.
